Member terms and conditions

1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1. The Company allows the Member to join the Program. The Member's membership cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else.

1.2. The membership will start on the date of this Agreement and will continue until either the Company or the Member ends it.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. Member's Responsibilities: The Member promises to follow all the rules and conditions of this Agreement and the Program. These include but are not limited to:

●Cost of Program provision.

●Support and any other benefits outlined in this Agreement.

●The payment schedule and method.

3. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

3.1. Liability Limitation: Unless the law says otherwise, the Company won't be responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages, including lost profits.

3.2. Indemnification: If the Company gets sued because of something the Member did related to the Program, the Member will cover the Company's costs.

4. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

4.1. Data Collection and Use: The Company will collect, store, and use the Member's data in line with the Company's Privacy Policy. This policy outlines:

●Information about the Member's use of the Program.

●Any other information needed to fulfil the Company'sobligations under this Agreement.

●The Company uses this data to provide and improve the Program, communicate with the Member, comply with legal requirements and protect the Company's legal rights.

4.2. Data Security: The Company will do its best to protect the Member's data from being accessed, used, changed, or disclosed without permission. It will do this using appropriate technical and organizational measures.

4.3. Data Breach: If there is a data breach involving the Member's data, the Company will let the Member know as quickly as possible and will take steps to limit the harm caused by the breach.

5. ENDING THE AGREEMENT

5.1. Termination: Either the Company or the Member can end this Agreement at any time. They must let the other know in writing 7 days in advance.

6. APPLICABLE LAW

6.1. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of UK Home Office (Privacy Department) , as chosen by the Member.

7. AGREEMENT

7.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the full agreement between the Company and the Member
